Warranty information, exclusions and types Walk Easy walking aids and accessories carry differing warranty periods based on the type of product. Coverage for each item is outlined in the individual product pages in the Shop area. Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, EXCLUDING damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from: 1. Negligence, misuse, abuse or failure to follow instructions. 2. Shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier). 3. Repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Walk Easy Inc. 4. Any product which has been altered. 5. Normal wear on rubber accessories (such as tips). Warranty also DOES NOT EXTEND to any product which has not been purchased from an authorized WALK EASY dealer. If you are uncertain as to whether a dealer has been authorized, please contact us. WARRANTY TYPES Limited Warranty Covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Enforceable only by the original purchaser. See exclusions above. 1-Year Limited Warranty Covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Enforceable only by the original purchaser. See exclusions above. 3-Year Limited Warranty Covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Enforceable only by the original purchaser. See exclusions above. Limited Lifetime Warranty Covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser if registered with Walk Easy Inc. within 30 days of purchase.
