Walk Easy has designed its online shop to be user-friendly and flexible, yet secure. The order process itself is simple and intuitive, allowing you to place an order as a Guest or as a Registered User.
Placing an order
To place an order, add one or more items to your cart by selecting a color (if applicable) and entering a quantity for a given item. On the following screen, you may calculate the freight cost, change the quantity you wish to order, remove or add another item to your order or complete your order by clicking the "Check Out" button.

To complete your order, you will need to provide the full name and email address of the order contact person, your shipping address, your billing information (if you have selected to pay by credit card) and to select a shipping method.

NOTE: International orders can only be shipped via International Airmail.

Must I register to place an order?
No, you can also order as a Guest. Registering makes sense if you intend to place future orders. When you return to our site, you will be asked to Log In to retrieve your shipping address and order contact information. Hence, you will only need to select a shipping method and to enter your payment information.

NOTE: for security reasons, we have chosen NOT to store any sensitive information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses. Payment information is used only once and subsequently deleted from our server.

How long does it take to place an order?
Once you have selected the items you wish to order, the entire Check Out process takes between 1 and 2 minutes! Once again, we have made this process as simple as possible.

How soon will my order ship?
All product pages now feature a "stock status" indicating whether an item is in stock () or whether it is back-ordered (
). In case the item is unavailable at the time of your visit, an estimated shipping date is provided.

Orders for items which are in stock usually ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order, excluding weekends. Please visit our Shipping Options page for more information.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover - but also prepayment via a cashier's check or money order. If you select to prepay for your order, you will be given instructions on where to mail your payment on the Order Confirmation page.

NOTE: We do not ship COD (cash-on-delivery).

Help! My order seems to have disappeared.
There are two reasons why your order may have disappeared.
1. We use cookies to track the items in your shopping cart. If you have disabled cookies in your browser, we are not able to keep track of those items.
2. If you have items in your cart but leave your computer or are otherwise inactive for 20 minutes or more, your order is automatically deleted. This feature has been activated for security reasons.

What if an item is back-ordered?
We review the status of items and colors on a regular basis. However, it may happen that an item is out of stock, especially if you have selected to prepay for your order. This requires us to wait to process your order until we have received payment, at which time an item may have sold out.

If one or more items is back-ordered, we will notify you by email and give you the option of a split shipment (if applicable).
